Originally developed and trialled with assistance from the NSW Government, our absorbency swimmers have been specially designed to be worn and used in all swimming and hydrotherapy pools as well as the beach and during general leisure activities. The overwhelming success of the product has it recommended and used by doctors, nurses and therapists.

Authorization: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you can obtain by contacting us. This process is for logistical purposes only, ensuring the correct return address is provided and your refund is processed quickly. A valid return request made within 14 days of delivery will not be refused authorization.
Condition: Returned goods must be in their original, unused condition. Packaged goods must be unopened, unmarked, and in a re-sellable condition due to hygiene regulations.
Special Orders: Special-order items (non-stock items ordered specifically for you) cannot be accepted for return under any circumstances.
