Returns & Refunds
Authorization: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you can obtain by contacting us. This process is for logistical purposes only, ensuring the correct return address is provided and your refund is processed quickly. A valid return request made within 14 days of delivery will not be refused authorization.
Condition: Returned goods must be in their original, unused condition. Packaged goods must be unopened, unmarked, and in a re-sellable condition due to hygiene regulations.
Special Orders: Special-order items (non-stock items ordered specifically for you) cannot be accepted for return under any circumstances.
Timeframe: All returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
